Storyline:
This anime was based on the manga Nanatsu no Taizai which was the best-selling manga at that time. The story revolved around Britannia which consisted of many regions and kingdoms.
The setting followed the style of the European Middle Ages from the very beginning. In this spectacular world of Britannia, the Holy Knights protected the regions using unbelievably powerful and strong magic. But the peace of the Liones kingdom was destroyed when a group of Knights betrayed their comrades and attempted to overthrow the ruler.
Fortunately, the Holy Knights won over these rebellious men. But after ten years, the third princess of the Kingdom of Leones started looking for the legendary knights who were famous by the name “Seven Deadly Sins”. She wanted to save her kingdom by the Holy Knights because they became new tyrannical rulers.
With the help of “Seven Deadly Sins”, she initiated her adventure against injustice. The season ended with an extreme war between the Seven Deadly Sins and the Holy Knights. Fortunately, Elizabeth and her troop won over the bad guys and succeeded in bringing back the joy in the kingdom.
In Seven Deadly Sins season 2, as the Holy Knights were no longer a part of the kingdom, the Seven Deadly Sins, Elizabeth and Hawk were living a peaceful life. The group of fighters indulged themselves in the fun time. They started enjoying the meat pies, fought overdue battles, and caught the stalkers.
Nevertheless, the flower of first love also started blooming for the Sins. So, it was becoming the best time for all of the people of Liones. However, change of the events started when a new threat showed signs of the Holy War. The peaceful and carefree life of the Sins came to an end with the upcoming dangerous war.
Seven Deadly Sins Season 3 was also about the destructive war against the Holy Knights and the demons. One of our protagonists Meliodas had to work very hard to find new ways to win the destructive war as he was the captain of the Seven Deadly sins. After some time, the Great Holy Knight Hendrickson and the whole demon clan started attacking Britannia.
To win the battle and take over Britannia again, Knight Hendrickson broke the seal which was holding the demon clan in deep sleep. After the awakening of the powerful warriors also known as the Commandments, escaped the magic spell. For some magical connection, Meliodas could feel their presence and started preparing for the war.
The 10 Commandments also identified the powerful essence of Meliodas and understood that it will be harder to conquer the kingdom than they expected. However, the season ended with numerous amazing fights among the demons and the Sins to save Britannia from terror and blood.
Seven Deadly Sins Season 4 continues following the Sins and their life full of wars. Even though they saved the Kingdom from the demons, the Sins continued to push themselves further to make them stronger. After some peaceful and fun time, the Sins went through trials to get relief from the past trauma.
The Sins started to make a plan to destroy the evil plan of the demons. It was a hard task for them to defeat the ten thousand years old evil plans. But the Sins were gathering knowledge with the help of the past figures and undergoing various trials.
Many truths were uncovered about the Sins. So, now they knew each other better than before. And with time, they realized that they should act after thinking about the consequences. They realized how important it is to care for people around them.
