Storyline:

My Hero Academia is a Hero franchise that tells the story of becoming the greatest hero from a commoner in society. This fictional story is plotted in the world where people were born with great power or ‘Quirk’ or ‘Kosei’ and become a superhero by the time they grow up.

This power could be inherited from their parents. But in the case of our protagonist Izuku Midoriya, he was not born with any quirk at all. But in a world full of powerful heroes, Izuku still dreams of being a superhero like his favorite one, the greatest ‘All Might’.

Season 1 started with the true identity reveal of All Might when Izuku was almost consumed by a dangerous villain. After a while when Izuku helped his bully classmate Katsuki Bakugo from the attack of the same monster, All Might realized the hero within Izuku.

All Might was looking for a reliable successor to give his quirk ‘One For All’ and he found Izuku to pass it over. Thus, Izuku’s dream of becoming a hero was finally happening. But to become a true hero, he had to undergo proper training in the U.A. High School.

In Season 2, the focus was on the school sports festival which was the most prestigious event. The ambitious heroes displayed their ability in front of the common people and the agencies to recruit them.

However, among all other talented kids with boosting power within them, Izuku struggled for a long time. He tried heart and soul to strengthen his raw power and wit.

The aspiring heroes of UA Academy faced a challenge from the League of Villains in Season 3. At the forest training camp in the summer, the students were testing their abilities under the supervision of pro heroes. Therefore, an opportunity came for all of them to prove their worth.

Now, in season 4, Izuku Deku Midoriya finally started his internship after passing the “Provisional Hero License Exam” with good grades. By taking the recommendation of his favorite hero All Might, Izuku joined a professional hero agency.

The former sidekick and now famous hero on his own, Sir Nighteye took responsibility to teach Izuku everything about real-life heroes. But soon a new overwhelming power in the underground criminal world started growing. A new conspiracy began to destroy society and its heroes.

Therefore, Izuku had the chance to work alongside Mirio Toogata to finish off the villains- Kai Chisaki and the leader Tomura Shigaraki. Rescuing the young mysterious girl Eri was part of the plan as well.

However, after the retirement of All Might, two new heroes Hawks and Endeavor took the responsibility of saving the world from evil. At the battle of Kamino, Endeavor to an end to the new destructive villain Nomu with the fierce Prominence Burn.

What Happened In Season 5?

After the end of the All Might era, the responsibility of holding the title “Symbol of Peace” fell upon all the in-training young heroes of classes 1-A and 1-B. Season 5 will take off the manga series from manga volume 21.

Different quarks were explained by Shinso, such as ‘brainwashing’. New characters will debut this season. The young heroes will find out their strengths and weaknesses as they face difficulties.
